Drag&drop or right click sub menu i see as alternative. Right click on item to be equipped is for me little clunky. Dev team need to fix collision with objects in game like stairs ( you usually get stuck if you touch stair corner) I will not write about missing stuff under options or missing key bindings, only about content: Performance is good and game runs smooth.
